I've been going through some books on my iPad recently—while it's convenient to read on a electronic device, I can't show off the things I've read. Will books end up like CDs? The sexiest condo of all time.
I've been posting a bunch of stuff about condo porn recently, but this one is my all time favorite. Here are the things that I find totally awesome about this place, and why it qualifies for being the perfect place for a bachelor:
• The kitchen is all metal and minimalist
• There is an entire wine rack, filled to the brim
• There are lights at the baseboard
• The view is phenom
• There's a peeping tom telescope
What makes the peeping tom telescope a winner in my book is that it has casters so that you can roll around for the perfect viewing angle. While I'm not a perv, I find this very entertaining, and one of the nicest personal touches I've seen in a while.

I used to do a lot of concept sketching for products in college... I wanted to see if I could draw a simple box. I'm slowly getting the hang of it.

I just beat Plants vs Zombies recently on the iPad. Now that I'm going through it a second time, I have a new strategy (that I've borrowed from Dave). Check it out... make some cash!! This is the ultimate strategy.
