i watched one of the best fights in a long time last night. bj penn vs georges st pierre. what a fight. the outcome was very predictable, but it's hard resisting to root for the underdog (bj). he's probably one of the best 155lb figher out there, but at 170lbs, GSP is just way too strong. regardless, it was a wonderful fight to watch.my prediction is that bj will probably retire now. there's no one left for him to fight. he's not a "defending" champion type. read more about it here.

my memory is a bit fuzzy, but i feel like the 2006 gsp/penn fight was the first fight i really ever watched. ufc 58 at tim's place in atlanta?
yeh, that was a really good fight. it went 5 rounds.
that's a good fight to watch, as a first UFC. there's alot of talk about GSP fighting anderson silva eventually (one weight class higher). that would be a wild card.
